Organizational Behavior is the study of individuals and their behavior within the context of the organization in a workplace setting. It is an interdisciplinary field that includes sociology, psychology, communication, and management.

It's good to remember that the research process is iterative. The place you begin your search may not end up being what you ultimately focus on. Along the way, the research you conduct, and the information you gather, may lead to new questions, or take you in a direction you did not initially expect.
