Find answers to common questions about voting in the United States.

The last day to register to vote online or by mail for the 2024 General Election is October 21, 2024.

Election Day is November 5, 2024. This is the last day to vote in person and drop off your vote-by-mail ballot at a drop-off location or your county elections office. If voting by mail, your vote-by-mail ballot must be postmarked by November 5th and received by November 12, 2024.

The Russell Center at Menlo College is a convenient vote center to vote in person or drop off your ballot, and will be open from 7am to 8pm on Election Day. A 24-hour outdoor ballot box is also available on campus.
