Recommending Materials for Purchase/Gifts

Bowman Library is always open to recommendations from faculty regarding new titles. Suggestions are reviewed carefully and if the item is deemed appropriate for our collection and the College's curriculum, it will be added to the collection.

Interlibrary Loan

If you require a book or periodical article that Bowman Library does not own, you may use Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to obtain the material from another library. This service is available to all Menlo College full-time and adjunct faculty, students and staff.

Scheduling Library Instruction Sessions Faculty may request course-specific Library Instruction to coincide with a course term paper or other research needs. The Library Instruction Request Form may be printed and turned in to the Reference Desk one week prior to the requested session.
Learning Community Resources This guide for Menlo College faculty and staff includes suggestions for resources that will be useful in moving forward with our Live/Learn Initiative. It contains information on various aspects of learning communities, including service learning, interdisciplinary learning, and collaboration between academic and student affairs. Use these resources to develop programming inside and outside the classroom to reinforce student learning.
